Orivyth

Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 21, 2026

This policy is provided for transparency and may be updated as Orivyth evolves. We'll update the effective date above when we make material changes.

What is Orivyth?

Orivyth is a self-improvement and fitness progression application. You log real-world activities — workouts, cardio, mind practices — and the app turns them into experience points, stat levels, ranks, and achievements. It is a personal tracking tool, not a medical service.

What data we collect

When you create an account and use Orivyth, we collect:

  • ·Account information — your email address and display name, handled through Supabase Auth.
  • ·Activity and progression data — workout sessions, sets, reps, weights, cardio events, mind activity logs, and the XP and level values derived from them.
  • ·Progression state — your stat levels, rank, archetype, badges, and leaderboard participation.
  • ·Preferences — unit system (metric or imperial) and other settings you configure.
  • ·Custom exercise names — the text you enter when you add a custom lift to a workout.
  • ·Feedback and bug reports — text you submit through the in-app report forms.
  • ·Subscription information — membership tier, status, renewal/expiration dates, and a reference to your Stripe customer record (web) or Apple/RevenueCat subscription (iOS) if you subscribe to Premium.
  • ·Apple Health data (iOS, optional) — if you connect Apple Health, we import step counts and sleep duration to award XP. This requires your explicit permission and can be disconnected at any time in Settings.

Technical information

Like most web and mobile applications, Orivyth and its service providers may process basic technical information such as IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, timestamps, request logs, and error logs. We use this information to operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.

What we do not collect

  • ·Orivyth does not store your full payment card number, CVV, or bank details. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We receive only a Stripe customer identifier and subscription status.
  • ·We do not sell your data to third parties.
  • ·We do not run advertising networks or ad tracking.

Why we collect this data

Your activity data powers the progression system — XP calculations, level-ups, rank changes, archetype detection, badge awards, and leaderboard standings. Without it, the app cannot function. Your account information allows you to log in, recover your account, and receive service communications. Feedback and bug reports help us improve the application.

Health and fitness-related information

Orivyth may store information related to your workouts, cardio, meditation, study habits, journaling, and other self-improvement activities. This information is used to provide tracking, progression, XP, rankings, achievements, and related app features. Orivyth is not a medical record system, healthcare provider, or medical service.

Apple Health (iOS)

On iOS, Orivythcan optionally read step counts and sleep duration from Apple Health to award XP from daily movement and recovery. This access is granted only with your explicit permission through Apple's standard prompts, and only the specific data types you allow are read. Imported values are stored as your activity and progression data to compute XP. Orivythdoes not use Apple Health data for advertising and does not share it with third parties or use it for any purpose other than providing the app's features. You can disconnect Apple Health at any time from Settings or in the iOS Health app's privacy controls.

Leaderboards and public profile elements

If you participate in leaderboards or social progression features, certain information may be visible to other users, including your display name, rank, archetype, XP totals for leaderboard periods, badge achievements, seasonal achievements, and placement history. We do not intentionally display your email address publicly.

Authentication

Account creation and login are handled by Supabase Auth. Your password is hashed and stored by Supabase — Orivyth never sees your plaintext password. Email confirmation is used to verify account ownership.

Billing and subscriptions

Premium membership is processed through Stripe. When you subscribe on the web, you are redirected to a Stripe-hosted checkout page. Orivyth stores only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status — not your card number or payment details. You can manage or cancel a web subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal, accessible from Settings.

In the iOS app, Premium is purchased through the Apple App Store and processed by RevenueCat. Orivyth receives a subscription identifier, entitlement status, and renewal/expiration dates — not your Apple account credentials or payment details. iOS subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID account settings.

Feedback and bug reports

Text you submit via the bug report and feedback forms is stored in our database and used to understand issues, respond to users, improve the application, and maintain service quality. Bug reports and feedback may also include basic context such as app version, platform, current route, and diagnostic metadata to help us troubleshoot issues. We do not sell this data.

Data retention and deletion

Your activity and progression data is stored for as long as your account is active. You can reset your progress at any time from Settings — this permanently deletes your workout history, XP events, and progression data while keeping your account.

You can permanently delete your entire account at any time from within the app — go to Settings → Delete Account. This immediately and irreversibly removes your login, email address, and all associated data, subject to any legal, security, billing, fraud-prevention, or backup retention requirements. If you need help, you can also contact us at [email protected].

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data, including authentication, database access controls, and service-provider security features. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Orivyth is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Orivyth, contact us at [email protected].

Orivyth uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
