Terms of Service

By creating an account and using Orivyth, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials secure and do not share your account with others. You must be at least 13 years of age to use Orivyth.

You may reset your progression data at any time from Settings. To close your account entirely, contact [email protected].

You agree not to:

• ·Attempt to access another user's account or data
• ·Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
• ·Submit false, abusive, or spam content through feedback forms
• ·Manipulate, exploit, falsify, or abuse XP, leaderboard, badge, season, Trial, archetype, or progression systems
• ·Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice where appropriate. If your account is suspended or terminated, we may delete or restrict access to your account data, subject to legal, security, billing, fraud-prevention, or backup retention requirements.

Some parts of Orivyth may display limited profile and progression information to other users, including your display name, rank, archetype, leaderboard XP totals, leaderboard placements, badges, seasonal achievements, and historical achievement records. Your email address is not intentionally displayed publicly.

Orivyth offers a free tier and a Premium membership tier. Premium may include features such as the Progression Assistant, advanced progression tools, and other premium features made available from time to time.

Premium may be offered as monthly, annual, or other subscription options, billed through Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout. Prices are shown at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the stated interval.

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through the billing portal in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full Premium access until then. We do not offer partial-period refunds unless required by applicable law.

If your payment fails and is not resolved, your membership will revert to the free tier.

For subscriptions purchased through third-party platforms, refund and cancellation rules may be governed by that platform.

Orivyth is evolving quickly. We may add, change, limit, or remove features over time, including free and Premium features. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid materially reducing paid features without notice, but we cannot guarantee that every feature will remain available forever.

Orivyth is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, and we are not liable for data loss, service outages, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Orivyth is an evolving product, and some features may change as we improve the service.

Activity data, workout logs, and other content you enter into Orivyth belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to store, process, display, and use this data as needed to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service, including features such as XP, stats, ranks, archetypes, badges, leaderboards, seasons, and support. We do not claim ownership of your data and do not sell it.

Orivyth, including its software, design, branding, logos, systems, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by Orivyth or its licensors. These terms do not grant you ownership of the application or its intellectual property.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected with an updated effective date. Continued use of Orivyth after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For questions, contact [email protected].
